Responsible for accounts receivable and payables accounting, preparation of company accounts, accounting and reconciliation;
Responsible for compiling the company's general ledger, checking the general ledger and detailed ledger, monthly closing, etc.
Audit of expense vouchers; Responsible for checking whether the cash and bank deposit balance are consistent with the actual account;
Responsible for invoice management and invoice issuance;
Issue financial statements within the prescribed time, and issue monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports as required by the company;
Timely do accounting documents, financial books, statements and other financial information collection, compilation, archiving and other accounting archives management work.
Monitor and forecast the cash flow more accurately, determine and monitor the reasonable structure of the company's liabilities and capital, manage and operate the company's funds as a whole and carry out effective risk control.
Establish and improve the financial management system, and overall control the daily management, annual budget and fund operation of the financial department.
Prepare various accounting statements, prepare notes to accounting statements, and analyze financial statements.
Complete temporary work and other tasks assigned by superiors.
