This is a project at Wujiashan No.2 Middle School in Wuhan, Hubei Province in 2024. Due to the density of school meetings, there are many printed materials required for the meetings, and the overlapping meetings between teachers and students, so the data omission is easy to cause the leakage of sensitive information. The school's amphitheatre adopts a paperless system with convenient, stable and reliable operation, which helps the college to easily conduct meetings and on-site control, improve the efficiency of meetings, save a lot of data printing resources and projection equipment, and is in line with the national low-carbon environmental protection concept.

This is a project at Qibao Mingqiang No. 2 Primary School in Shanghai's Minhang District in 2023. The meeting room is equipped with a paperless conference system, including digital conference host and digital microphone. Paperless conference changes the traditional conference mode of low efficiency, complex operation, single form, waste of resources, security risks and other problems. It can not only easily control the meeting site, improve the efficiency of the participants, but also save a lot of data printing costs and projection equipment. This is fully in line with the national low-carbon, environmental protection concept and to achieve the new conference of the whole paperless concept.

It is a project at the Applied Technology Vocational College in Kaifeng, Henan Province, in 2024. The school chose digital conference and PRO sound system to build the multi-functional conference room of the school, which is convenient for daily meetings to be held quickly and effectively. The PRO sound system is mainly composed of speaker,amplifier, audio processor, mixer, microphone, sound source and other equipment. The meeting room is equipped with a paperless conference system, including a display screen and the digital microphone. The meeting room speakers adopt professional full-frequency speakers, equipped with two professional speakers, installed on both sides of the meeting room to meet the needs of the meeting room. This is easy to operate, easy to understand, and the product experience is great. It can realize the integrated functional control and application of the whole process when holding a meeting, making the complex meeting process easy, efficient, intelligent and environmentally friendly.
